I realized then this wasIsrael B Garcia Jr.He did the same too me. I ended up paying fines. Later I comes to find out that this GUY FLUNKED THE STATE BAR 3 TIMES AND WENT TSU LAWSCHOOL A LAWSCHOOL THATIS NOT EVEN RANKED! This guy can’t spell cat if you spot him the C and the T. He even attended a junior college (ACC) AND CLAIMS TO HAVE graduated from the mighty UT IN AUSTIN.
