Deputy Tai A. Plunkett, California

This guy Lied his way to still be involved in the Police force…This guy is is a real P.O.S…. he approached my vehicle stuck a gun at my face because I was a black man. This kind of injustice can not be tolerated! as a matter of fact Tai Plunkett actually was given an award for his ignorance! as we can see in any video located here: www.youtube.com/watch?v=FLTpLmgRu4whe was in the wrong, scared, and easily was called in the wrong every step of the way, the only thing he did right was not squeeze the trigger! This kind of action can not be tolerated in the police force. If ANY officer messes up THIS big while on the force they should no longer be allowed to patrol and pull anyone over without INTENSE retraining… if this is what intense training is already then we need to look at Tai A. Plunkett and really rethink our training strategies… Lets revamp our police training in order to REALLY make a difference on our local day to day lives… Police need to understand the threatening vs the non threatening… the approach to a vehicle is probably the most dangerous… therefore if they are at the window and the man or woman just seems concerned because of the recent tragedies… then hey lets not act scared and fumbled and try to be threatening to someone who just needs to be treated like a F****** person..Wow go figure we are all people right and if your gonna get killed well its going to happen but like i said if you are at the window and they seem calm then roll with it… most videos where a police officer is shot is when they are rolling up to the window or just happen be chasing the car down and they crash and hop out and take shots… they usually wont let you at the window itself… so getting to the window now chances of fire is real slim… i would say a 3% chance is now dwindled to a .02% chance of the person you pulled over willing to shoot at you unless you say or do some ignorant stuff but even then most people see the cops as super human untouchable beings that can literally get away with anything so when asked to do about anything a normal person can in theory ask an officer to go ahead and explain why they are requesting them to do something… but when they CANT explain why they are doing something then what does that tell you? that they are acting off impulse and don’t UNDERSTAND the constitution and its core…which says we need better revisions of what it actually mean to SERVE and PROTECT… As for Tai A. Plunkett… well I don’t think you can unjustly point a gun at a customer coming into your shop and still be working there the next day so I would say same applies in this case… well at least not rewarding the guys ONLY a month after the incident: www.latimes.com/tn-gnp-me-medal-20140322-story.htmlWOW.. Tai A. Plunkett has some un-served justice waiting him and without any justification for what he did, I am afraid he would need to face further action or we just dwell in a mistake that will only need rectification further down the line… FIX Tai A. Plunkett’s JOB POSITiON TODAY
